The cost payable on moving in will be a months rent in advance, plus a security deposit (usually the equal to five weeks rent)
Example:
rent of £600 plus deposit of £690
There are no other charges or fees.
No expensive agents fees.
Should you decide to rent............................... A holding fee will be required to hold the property until the moving in date. This is not an extra fee. It will be deducted from the amount due on moving in. It serves to show your commitment to renting the property.
Note that if you decide not to proceed or if you fail to provide full and accurate information or you fail references all or part of your holding fee may be retained and the property will be re-marketed.
Minimum of 6 months tenancy.
Whilst we don't charge fees and our rents are often lower than those of the typical agent's we do have similar requirements for prospective tenants.
The reason we can not let to those on benefits or students is due to our financial and insurance requirements.
Once the a fixed-term tenancy has expired unless a new fixed-term is agreed to, all tenancies automatically become periodic tenancies.
A periodic tenancy can continue until one side, landlord or tenant, gives notice. (Tenant one month, a Landlord two months)
No fees are charged for renewing a contract.
